realize your time is short
to be as much as you can
impactful beyond
your wildest dreams…

SEE IN THE MOMENT
watch your style
and your wallet
make the right choices
don't fool yourself…

BE IN THE MOMENT
love unconditionally
shut down those annoying thoughts
that seems to persist and plague the mind
make it quiet and
just
exist…

PEERING EYES

They watch… and listen
to your every move
sucking on your lifestyle
feeding off of your information

they sit under dim light
staring at the blinking screen

day by night
watching another's dream

not even part of their reality
shouldn't be
but it still goes unseen

others have found out the hard way
so its seems

keep it under control
we can balance it again

just give it time
such a new toy to play with

we understand

COMEDY OF FOOLS
(dedicated to Jon Stewart for saving my sanity!)

some understand the presence of misunderstood lies
it's found everyday in the common laughter
and misfortunes
wrought through the unseen
subconscious

felt by the soul
of every city
some can take the joke

others crave the joke
(or the lies)
to keep their sanity

comedy is keeping it there
for us to rationalize

some just don't understand
how crazy it is

to be lost in the comedy of fools
