NWS believes that the Berg, SCOTUS, Petition for a Writ of Certiorari, is still Pending for 1, Dec. 2008.
On 3, November 2008 the U.S. Justice Department stated in a phone call that they had filed for an extension of time to reply to the Berg v Obama & the Federal Election Commission et al. that extension date is set for 12, December 2008.
