.... She also holds the position of Kentucky State Representative as a Democrat. In that capacity, she is assigned by the Democratic leadership to Chair the critical House Judiciary Committee.

Dem. Stein has unilateral power and authority to prevent legislation from being presented to the full House of Representatives by merely choosing to not present it. The rule of law, representative government and will of the people be damned are obvious part and parcel of her character as a legislator.

The following forwarded memorandum provides a site where one can listen to a 45 minute rant by Stein where she falsely accuses witnesses who represent very large organizations of citizens of being excessive “nativists” reminiscent of past periods in history where minorities were savaged my the “immoral” No Nothings in the 1850’s. Stein tries to justify her unconscionable actions by condemning patriots who support house bill 304 that brings Kentucky into compliance with federal and state laws regarding illegal alien invasion.

Stein is so filled with hate for the non protected class citizens of this nation that one can hear the emotion in her voice as she derides patriot citizens of this state who promote rule of law without prejudice. “We the People” are of all races, and religious persuasions. “We the People” represent people of every walk of life and those of every economic status.

The sole driving force behind “We the People’s” ever growing movement (that now enjoys approval of 80% of the American population) is to assure our rule of law is respected by foreign governments and foreign agents in compliance with our United States and State Constitutions and Penal Statutes regardless who those foreign agents are. If they are elected officials we will still demand compliance with our rule of law.

Stein's emotion laden juvenile tirade lessens respect and professional status of our hallowed houses of the legislative branch of our government. The obstructionist position taken by this single legislator who openly recognizes legislation being blocked would easily have been passed if submitted to the full House for a vote is incomprehensible. Failure of the House leadership or Governor to address this egregious action by Stein is even more unbelievable.

The legislative obstructionist and anti-American position taken compares with public comments where Stein said (on a local Lexington Kentucky radio talk show with Sue Wylie as host) she represents “all her constituents “regardless of their legal status including illegal aliens who have knowingly and willfully violated United States and Kentucky rule of law, and those international treaties entered into between the United States and Mexico and other nations.

By any definition used, acts and publically admitted positions taken by elected representative Stein are obvious violations of law and by legal definition, acts of treason. Stein has recognized her failure to provide any logical or cohesive legal defense for her untenable position except to say she doesn't think it is “right” to pass “We the People’s” HB 304. Stein’s definition of “right” conflicts with the will of “We the People” and the United States rule of law. Her position provides aid and comfort to the enemies of the United States at a time when our men and women are fighting to preserve our liberty from foreign invasion and attack.

She reportedly further maligned other members of the House with public comments on a Mexican radio station. She said she knew rule of law legislation that was proposed in House Bill 304 would be passed if presented to the full house because the house members are too dumb to know what is “right.”

She is the quintessential definition of an elected official who knowingly and willfully fail to complete their duty in a Republic where they are to vote for Citizens they represent. She has instead positioned herself as a traitor to the United States, its rule of law, its Constitution, and its people as she becomes an agent for a foreign government.

Feel free to pass this on to all your constituents across the nation and let them know the true position of the Democratic state parties and national Democratic Party as it relates to compliance with rule of law and representative government.

They don't recognize the government of the United States as a Republic. It has for them become a dictatorship under control of their party and special interests they represent.

They would rather see our nation destroyed than to recognize pain suffered by its citizens as a result of illegal alien invasion they started under the Clinton Administration.

If “We the People” American patriot citizens do not fight this assault on our liberties we will not have any freedom for long.  We must defend those of us brave enough to stand up against endless rants of communist types like Stein who are deliberately trying to suppress freedom of speech and our rights to petition our government.

“We the People” must insist that all treasonous activities of elected officials like Stein be investigated and the perpetrators punished to the full extent of the law. The death penalty is not adequate to provide relief for those of us who have been injured and killed by their actions.

These evil American haters have tried every means possible to silence patriots who continue to fight for liberty. Stein and other bigots of her ilk who hate America the freedoms it stands for must recognize we are fighting as our forefathers fought in the Revolutionary War against similar tyranny of another evil despot King George.

We will not yield and many of us feel we will fight to the death to defend our freedoms if we must. Patrick Henry defines our position well.

Cowardice of the opposition to “We the People” and United States rule who lie about committee meeting agendas, and present their attacks against “We the People” without opportunity for victims of their vitriol to defend themselves is a tactic that will not silence true American Patriots.
