The accepted general definition of treason is: disloyalty or treachery to one's country or its government. Treason is any attempt to overthrow the government or impair the well-being of a state to which one owes allegiance; the crime of giving aid or comfort to the enemies of one's government. The United States rule of law says:

“Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.”
By any definition used, acts and publically admitted positions taken by elected representative Stein are obvious violations of law and by legal definition, acts of treason. Stein has recognized her failure to provide any logical or cohesive legal defense for her untenable position except to say she doesn't think it is “right” to pass “We the People’s” HB 304. Stein’s definition of “right” conflicts with the will of “We the People” and the United States rule of law. Her position provides aid and comfort to the enemies of the United States at a time when our men and women are fighting to preserve our liberty from foreign invasion and attack.
She reportedly further maligned other members of the House with public comments on a Mexican radio station. She said she knew rule of law legislation that was proposed in House Bill 304 would be passed if presented to the full house because the house members are too dumb to know what is “right.” Patrick Henry "There is no longer any room for hope. Petty bigoted tyrants will not stop our patriotic efforts to restore our democracy and the Republic so many have fought and died to create and preserve. “We the people” are one and will use power of that singularity to defeat all traitors who violate the United States Constitution and rule of law and place our lives and property at risk from foreign invaders.
