    In Barack Obama’s “State of the Union” address televised last week, he audaciously commented: “The economy is growing again. The worst of the storm has passed.”

Newsweek’s July 2009 summer issue has also boldly declared: “The Recession is Over!”  No greater damage or lie could have been pronounced against the American public than these false assertions that the recession is over.  It’s now February 2010, and even the most gullible of the American populace; simply knows that these irresponsible asseverations are not true.  Both Mr. Obama’s and Newsweek’s assertions are nothing more than state-backed propaganda pieces…

Indeed, it was Thomas Jefferson who saliently noted, that in order to have a free and independent American culture—you needed a robust news media—whose job would be to correctly inform the American public as to the true events of their time.  Jefferson mandated this informational “Fourth Estate” because he recognized it was a necessary component of any free society.  He understood, that when all American’s were well informed, that they then could self-govern themselves as they desired.  The state propaganda screed currently being promulgated by Newsweek and other mainstream media news outlets, has overtly, and repeatedly lied to the American public as to the real extent of the factual damage being done against the United States political system and its economy.  The media continues to bleat incessant state-backed assertions that the American recovery is just around the corner—when in fact, the exact opposite is true.

Just look around this nation.  It is collapsing from the inside out—from the middle class outwards.  This economic tsunami is also consuming both lower and upper-classes as well.  Even then, we are all in the dark as far as to how large a problem this really is:

"A plethora of news items, both new and recent, completely shatter any pretense that the U.S. economy is “growing”. The latest, bomb-shell headlines are that U.S. residential rental vacancies are at their highest level in 30 years. Simultaneously, U.S. shopping mall vacancies just set an all-time record. Meanwhile, foreclosures/defaults in both markets continue along near/at all-time record highs – and there are over 20 million empty homes in the U.S."[FN1]

Yet the mainstream media along with government keeps on playing “The Band Played On” in their Titanic effort to obdurate the real analysis of what is actually occurring in the United States.  Their suasion to induce the American public into a state of false hope and complacency, is not only criminal but also high treason if you believe the words of Mr. Jefferson, who mandated a different journalistic requirement.  The charge to the Fourth Estate was one, to which we solemnly gave to that institution a constitutionally secured First Amendment to protect their right to effectively inform the American people.  We did this…so that all our citizens could have a part in the national solution.  The media’s willful failure to do this, is adding up to a histrionic disaster.

Because of the media’s willful malfeasance in propagating state-approved fraudulent propaganda pieces (such as the Newsweek headline noted above), the average American citizen has become no-more than an uninformed Lemming, who—through no act or omission of his own—is being induced to follow the other slack-jawed drooling masses, into a path that only can lead to their abject oblivion.  Simply put…we are all headed for the cliff…

Things are not good, and the cliff is closer than we think.  Those are the contemporary facts and realities of the American society.  The Fourth Estates’ incipient Troglodyte clarion that everything is well, that economic and political recovery is just around the corner, is obscuring the national mindset.  Their belief, that we should just follow the dull drone of the talking heads throughout the media whom dominate the news empires in this nation (e.g., the same people who initially failed to inform us of the immanent danger we were all in and essentially allowed the present conundrum to exist due to their lack of national reporting) have been egregiously deficient in informing us of the news.  They are once again egging us to simply follow their fallow lead to go along in a national mantra that everything is okay…when it is in fact…not.  Those who led us here, now…once again…claim to have the answers as to how we can actually get out of this mess. They warn us not to believe our lying eyes when we see the coterie of friends and neighbors losing their jobs, their homes, their businesses.  They intimate we are not to blame ‘big government’ induced political and economic socialist policies which have been placed against us all during the past half-century, which were directly in contravention to this countries original organic mandates as stated within our state and national constitutions.

The American public has been sold a false bill of goods and are being led like Lemming’s into the darkness of socialism, and now both we and our children are going to pay a real price for this failure of national leadership.

Indeed, most of our problems have been invented by those people whom assumed the public trust: who—once assuming the reigns of power—went in direct contravention to established prudent social and economic policies upon which this nation was founded.  These elites went totally against the foundational “good and wholesome laws” which maintained this free nation until the era of FDR’s ‘New Deal’ and onwards, where this nation began turning its back on Model I limited governmental power [e.g., small limited government with large individual freedom’s and rights; “a government of the people, by the people and for the people ], to Model VIII [e.g. an unlimited big government with no individual rights; “a government of the government, by the government and for the government.][FN2]

What we are left with, has left us bereft, broke and in complete culture shock.

We have gone from a nation which used to operate off of the sage and prudent economic system of Adam Smith, which not only fostered not only prudent economic freedom, but also fostered individual social freedom as well.  We’ve gone from that tried and true system into that of a “state concentrated” government run economic systems based off of the imprudent and failed science of John Maynard Keynes (e.g. the Keynesian economic system).  We went from a prudent social and economic system based off of real wealth, savings and real national growth, into a Keynesian debt-based economic system of big government ‘virtual’ wealth (e.g. Enron), totally debt driven, and ‘virtual’ make-believe growth and wealth system (e.g. all on paper).

One economic system led to the formation of the greatest middle-class ever seen in human history, to where the other system has led us to the greatest theft and transfer-of-wealth scheme ever promulgated in human history.[FN3]

For approximately a half-century, a burgeoning clarion call has been sustained to an ever-growing cacophony of individuals (which has not only been ignored by the mainstream media, but has also been actively suppressed.)  The vocal attempts to dissuade us from going down these fetid huge national debts and big government Fabian socialist paths has left this nation with an economic cancer—which I believe will ultimately destroy this nation.  These repeated warnings made up to the present time by non-mainstream media individuals, has unfortunately, fallen on deaf ears.

Instead, we have a nation which has developed into a nation of “new law” vs. “old law.”  This “new law” (e.g. Hillary Clinton’s ‘Village’ “new law” whose only function was to overturn this nations settled “old law.”)  has completely subsumed this society, and overturned this nation from being a nation of laws into being a nation of men.  We now are a nation controlled by ‘privatization’ of our most precious resources (like our homes, our water, our parks & etc., all which are now ‘owned’ by foreign corporate interests which charge us unbelievable amounts of money to obtain or access our own resources that we need to live).  Our vote has been overtly and surreptitiously stolen (Bush / Gore election of 2000); our right to command and direct government to do our bidding has been virtually abolished (U.S. “Bailout”),[FN4] Obama “Health Care”; NAFTA; GATT; & etc., all have routinely been implemented as if we were not here.  Governments both state and federal are passing clearly and unmistakably opprobrious and unconstitutional laws, such as the Patriot Acts I and II; the H1N1 vaccination mandates;[FN5] Clinton/Obama national Health Care);[FN6] & etc., and the aegis of our governments—both state and federal—are replete in their insolence to the concise rule of law, and disobey the restrictions placed upon them by our constitutions routinely—to where the American populace, fears its own government—for good cause.

Let us consider the cultural paradigm as to what has actually occurred to us here, in more salient terms.  Let’s look at what the average family has had to face over the past half-century:

Here, we can clearly see that the 1950s individual running a home, actually had a chance of viability as that home had an approximate +$835.00 discretionary monetary surplus by the end of the year.  Conversely, we can see—that the concomitant 2010 household—doesn’t have a chance in hell—because the economic equation just does not add up.  Mind you, the 1950s family was provided for by one individual; the 2010 family has to have two individuals or more, just to come to an approximately -$10,308.65 budgetary deficit!

What is President Obama’s answer to the cascaded failure we all now face?!?  His answer is to follow in the footsteps of FDR, and to create more ‘government jobs,’ to add to our Imperial United States “infrastructure,” and like Rome and the Pharaoh Kings—to enlarge government’s dominion over the face of the earth in order to finance our way out of this.

Well, this may sound good to us Lemmings—but not only Pharaoh—but government itself, knows this will not work—because history tells us it didn’t work in the past.  The fact that “Big Government” does not work, has been known since the advent of FDR’s “New Deal” of the 1930s:

"Lawrence W. Reed of the Mackinac Center for Public Policy notes that during the course of his presidency, Roosevelt raised the top income tax rate of 79 percent and then 90 percent.  He instituted the National Industrial Recovery Act (NIRA) in June 1933, which forced manufacturing industries into government-mandated cartels and empowered a massive federal bureaucracy to dictate production and pricing standards covering two million employers and 22 million workers.  Although the Supreme Court eventually ruled the act unconstitutional, the damage had been done.  Industrial production dropped 25 percent in the six months after the law had been passed.  Roosevelt established the Civil Works Administration and later the Works Progress Administration, which have been hailed as putting the unemployed to work on constructing roads, bridges, and buildings.  But they were rife with waste and corruption.^[FN59]  An as Amity Shlaes, author of The Forgotten Man: A New History of the Great Depression, explains, “Evidence from that period suggests that government was crowding out the private sector.  The Tennessee Valley Authority, for example, dealt mortal blows to a private employer that wanted to electrify the South….For every state-relief job created, about half a private-sector job was lost.”^[FN60]  They did nothing to improve the systemic unemployment problem in the country.  Indeed, Roosevelt oversaw the implementation of hundreds of laws, regulations, policies, and spending programs, and the creation of numerous agencies to enforce them.  And it is clear that in doing so, he prolonged the economic despair of tens of millions of Americans by exacerbating the Great Depression.

            Reed recounts that Roosevelt’s treasury secretary, Henry Morgenthau, Jr., wrote in his private diary that “we have tried spending money.  We are spending more than we have ever spent before and it does not work….We have never made good on our promises….I say after eight years of this Administration we have just debt to boot!^[FN61]  At no time during the eight years of the Great Depression under Roosevelt did the unemployment figure drop below 14 percent.  And the unemployment statistics (by percentage) underscore Morgenthau’s lament:

            According to an extensive 2004 study by UCLA economists Harold L. Cole and Lee E. Ohanian, Roosevelt’s “ill-conceived stimulus policies” extended the Depression by seven years."[FN18]

So what are we Lemming’s left with?

Well, a rather tough discipline.  The first thing we must do, it to reboot the organic principals upon which this nation was founded.  We must go back to the things we know that work…and that is a fundamentalist respect for the American precepts of which this nation was founded upon (e.g., Lawrence Tribe’s Model I).

The second thing we must do, is to get rid of the Federal Reserve.  All American’s must begin to recognize, that this institution is neither American, nor is it any part of our government.  Its body is comprised of unknown international elitist who have a foreign (read: anti-American) agenda.  Their interests are not those of the American people, and they are in direct contradistinction to our form of free government:

"Capital must protect itself in every way, through combination and through legislation.

The courts must be called to our aid, debts must be collected, bonds and mortgages foreclosed as rapidly as possible.

Debts must be collected and loans and mortgages foreclosed as soon as possible. When through a process of law the common people have lost their homes, they will be more tractable and more easily governed by the strong arm of the law, applied by the central power of wealth, under control of leading financiers.  People without homes will not quarrel with their leaders. This is well known among our principal men now engaged in forming an imperialism of capital to govern the world.[FN19]  By dividing the people we can get them to expand their energies in fighting over questions of no importance to us except as teachers of the common herd. Thus by discreet action we can secure for ourselves what has been generally planned and successfully accomplished." [FN20]

Does this in any way sound familiar?!??  It should…because we have suffered the direct results of this screed.  We must once again, make our monetary system American; we must not pay interest for our own money; we must force our banking system to be both amenable and accountable to the American citizenry—and we cannot have foreign interests running it any longer.

Thirdly, all our “American” institutions have been subrogated, and are no longer acting in the public’s interest.  Virtually, across the board, from the local dog catcher all the way to the President of the United States, every agency and agent claiming to be our public servant, is in fact, our Domestic Enemy.  All our social institutions now war against us.  The average American has to deal with a panoply of agents and agencies, whose only directive is to come after them, then defy their own laws; snub their nose at the constitution itself and to unlawfully take from his person.  Simply put, all our American agencies, are no longer American, nor are they our public servants.  Quoting our Declaration of Independence:  “He has sent officer’s hither to eat out our substance,” has now become a national identity.

Fourthly, we must excoriate any and all individuals whom now inhabit the complete aegis of government; we must palpably reduce the size of government by 90%; and force those within government—out of government—to force them to then live by the same laws and systems of which we all must live (and of which—they have failed to abide by).[FN21]

Fifthly, we must elect new mainstream government—those comprised of ‘we the people,’ not those currently infested by nepotistic elites.  For too long we have been unable to fumigate the corridors of power, from those whom are least deserving to be there.  We have government now infested by dynastic regimes whom believe that government is their own private sandbox…and that they, in invoking their Darwinist precepts over the mere common man…fully believe that they are our superiors, and that we plebiscites are the mere Lemming herd, of which it is their vested right to own, rule over, and eternally manage.

Sixthly, we must invoke a prudent foreign policy.  No longer can we be the hired gun for the United Nations.  No longer can we fulminate war in foreign lands to invoke the U.N.’s agenda.  No longer can we supplement our national economy, by invoking war upon poor third world nations to meet our nation’s budgetary concerns.  This has caused a world sadness and terror, of which we may never be able to expiate.  We must once again, simply obey the constitution, and only allow the Legislative branch to invoke war, under its Constitutional Article I, Section 8, Clause 11 “War Power’s Clause.”

Seventhly, we must review the panoply of modern American Law, and throw out those “new laws” which have undermined our freedom.  It’s time that we once again, make American law, simply American.  It’s time we make law the protection of society, rather than its failure.

Finally, we must once again have a manifest destiny.  Americans, by and through the incessant brutality that they have experienced over the past half-century, have lost a sense of themselves.  They can no longer see or recognize America, because our America is no longer here.  Again, Lemming’s wait in “Homeland Security” shakedowns, and are impeded with the Kafkaisian implementation of eternal, unending bureaucracy—American’s fully know and understand that something is lost to them.  American’s are assailed both at work and in their own homes, with the aforenoted ‘swarms of officers sent hither, to eat out our substance…” and they are lost, with nowhere to return and with no relief.

Where we must return, is to a station of ascendancy.  We were not destined to empire, to rule over the world; we were not destined to evolve into a militaristic police state.  America was never meant to be the largest gulag prison system in the world: only autocratic and totalitarian states can evolve into huge Panopticon prison complexes…not free nations.  We are not the U.N.’s junkyard dog.  The defining feature of a free nation is its attendance to small police, court and prison systems.  Somewhere, we have been led down a terrible and fetid path oxymoronic to a free people.

From this, we have lost our way, we have lost our manifest destiny and we are no longer a free people.

For man, throughout human history, has recognized that there has been no problem of which he has not been able to overcome and find a solution.  We have lived under millennia of the maxim that “for every problem, there is a solution,” and because of that; mankind has progressively ascended on the order of 6,000 years.  Now, we have elites ruling over us, stating; (for the first time in human history mind you): that there are no more solutions!  No longer can man solve the energy crisis, and because of this, we must come under government care and control, as only they have license to solve the solution.  No longer can any American solve the environmental problem, as we now have those who rule over us—with agenda’s—whom will tell us how to live and work, and how to heat our homes and operate every other facet of our lives, so that they can solve and implement interpersonal solutions.   And as government pretends to benignly solve each and every problem of mankind; oddly, we become more enslaved and more distanced from our freedom’s and manifest destiny.

Assuming our national identity, and reclaiming our manifest destiny will require throwing off the current parens patriae shackles which now binds us all into submission and “New World Order” slavery.  No longer can we allow government to rule over the common man.  It must be otherwise.

Our manifest destiny lies in the genius of every man…not in government.  We can invoke our substantive will over any problem we dare turn our mind to…and from that…gain our freedom.  Our manifest destiny lies in the stars, in the oceans, and in the dominion of which God commanded us to rule over: which is everything upon this world and to where ever else we can constructively turn our mind.

Now it is clear that mere Lemming’s cannot do these things.

But a free people, they can indeed.
