In November 2005, UN Secretary General Kofi Annan proposed renovations to the UN Headquarters to be completed by 2014.

That proposal was not approved by the General Assembly, which instead resolved to seek a new venue more central to its populous member countries.

The committee’s target date for the new headquarters is 2015

When I heard this it really gave me heart flutters. I have been advocating a move out of our country of this useless organization for years. We foot most of the bills for this outfit, and they vote against us about 75-80% of the time anyway.

This organization is about as useless as boobs on a bull. It is nothing more than a glorified debating society which serves no purpose other than generating words on paper which are not enforced. UN observers are just that, observers, who probably wouldn’t know what to do in a firefight, their whole battle plan would, no doubt be;

READY, AIM, FLEE!

These people sit around drawing fat salaries (as diplomats with immunity) which leads me to wonder how much they would be earning in their own country without us furnishing the payroll dollars and in the meantime piling up thousands of dollars in parking tickets which the city of New York has no hope of collecting because of the aforementioned diplomatic immunity.

Once we get them out of the country we need to extricate ourselves from that organization (most of them are diplomats on the surface but most of them are spies for their own governments).

I am quite sure we can find better uses for the buildings at the UN plaza (maybe a homeless shelter or a large community center or badly needed government buildings for the City).

We could definitely put all those millions of dollars we pour into the UN to a much better use than we are doing presently.

You will probably hear some cluck from our diplomatic Corps come up with the argument that we must stay in the UN so we know what is going on. Wrong answer Clyde we already know what is going on, the rest of the world wants to take us down.

Doesn’t it strike anyone as strange that if we are the bad guys, why do  they all want to come here ?
