Every heart has its own beat
Every ear things only it
can hear.

Every hand a special touch
Every pair of feet their own
direction to go.

Everyone born a life to live
Everything a reason to be
Everyone a need to love and
be loved, unconditionally.

So. Why so much hurt and
pain? Why the suffering and
the shame?

With so much ability to obtain
bigger and better things, many
have forgotten how to live the
simple life.

Today we live in a time when
man's best intentions have the
potential to destroy humanity.

Could it be that those in control
have sold their souls for pleasure,
and to satisfy their greed,

Or, has the worldly overcome them
Have they lost that inner light that
allows one to see one's own
spiritual need?

For those who lack faith create
confusion
and those who lack understanding
know not that the answers to life
that they seek can be found within their
own heart.

When the heart beats no more
and hands are folded in eternal sleep
what matters anything, when death is
knocking at the door?

Live life not for the distant tomorrow
Live life day by day
take the time to hear another's
sorrow, feel another's pain
look around you for any who have fallen
Tell them that you care and that you
are sorry for the weight of the cross
they bear.

Remembering always that we shall all
be judged by the same judge in the end.

Love has the power to overcome any
wickedness there may be. Love today
Love always.....for there in no greater sin
than to spread hate and havoc among men.
